CORE PDX and Eastport Food Carts are two established food cart pods on 82nd Avenue just south of Powell Blvd. CORE offers a large event space with multiple food cart options and plenty of parking. Eastport on the other hand includes 25 food carts and a craft beer & wine bar with a wide variety of food and beverage options to choose from.
